What Florida Does to Your Car's Interior

A car's cabin works hard in Brevard. Summer sun bakes dashboards and door panels until they fade and crack. Humidity holds onto spills and sweat until the carpet smells musty, and beach days leave sand ground deep into the fibers. Kids, pets and long commutes add their own mess. A quick vacuum at the gas station only gets what's on top.

Our interior detailing goes deeper. We start with compressed air to blow debris out of seat tracks, vents and crevices, then vacuum, clean every hard surface and finish with streak-free glass. Choose the Mini Interior Detail for regular upkeep, or the Full Interior Detail when the seats, carpets and headliner need a real shampoo.

Where the Deep Clean Happens

Vacuuming removes what's loose. Shampooing removes what's soaked in. In our Full Interior Detail, the carpets and cloth seats are shampooed, steam cleaned and extracted, which pulls dirt, sweat and spilled drinks out of the fibers instead of just wetting them down.

The headliner gets gentler treatment, because the fabric on your roof is glued in place and can sag if it's soaked. The dash, console and door panels are wiped down, then treated with a UV conditioner that slows the fading and cracking the Florida sun causes. Leather gets our 2-step leather care, a deep clean followed by conditioner, so it stays soft instead of drying out. And because musty smells usually come from moisture trapped in the carpet and seats, we treat them by extracting the source, not by covering it with air freshener.

Interior Add-Ons

  • Heavy Pet Hair Removal, $50. For dog hair woven deep into carpet and cloth seats.
  • Heavy Odor Removal, $75. For stubborn smells that a standard detail won't fully clear.
  • 1-Year Interior Ceramic Coating, starting at $275. Protects leather, vinyl, and plastics so spills wipe up instead of soaking in, and shields them from UV.

How Your Interior Detail Works

  • Book online or call. Pick your package and a time. We come to your home or office, or you can drop off at our Melbourne shop.

  • We walk through it with you. Point out stains, smells or problem spots so we know where to focus.

  • Air first, then vacuum. Compressed air pushes sand and crumbs out of seams and vents before the vacuum, so they're removed instead of pushed deeper.

  • Clean, shampoo and protect. Every hard surface is wiped down. In the Full Interior Detail, the fabric is shampooed and plastics and leather get UV conditioner.

  • Final walk-through. We go over the finished interior with you before we leave.

Interior Detailing FAQs

  • How long does an interior detail take?

About 1½ hours for a Mini Interior Detail and about 4 hours for a Full Interior Detail. Larger vehicles and heavier messes can take longer.

  • Can you get stains out of my seats and carpet?

Most everyday stains from drinks, food, mud, and sweat lift out with the shampoo in our Full Interior Detail. Older, set-in stains may fade rather than disappear, and we'll tell you before we start.

  • Do you remove pet hair?

Yes. Light pet hair comes out during a regular detail. For hair woven deep into carpet or cloth seats, add Heavy Pet Hair Removal for $50.

  • Can you detail my interior at home?

Yes. Both interior packages are available as a mobile service anywhere in Brevard County, or you can drop off at our shop in North Melbourne.

  • Should I clear out my car before you start?

Yes, please take out valuables, personal items, and child seats so we can reach every surface. Anything left in the cup holders, door pockets or trunk slows the detail down.

  • Is an interior detail worth it before selling a car?

Usually, yes. A clean, fresh-smelling cabin is one of the first things buyers and dealers notice, and every detail we do is reported to your vehicle's CarFax.

  • How often should I get my interior detailed?

A Full Interior Detail every 3 to 6 months keeps grime from building up in the fabric, with a Mini Interior Detail in between. A maintenance plan can handle the in-between visits for you.
